We are a brand that traces its roots to a family business founded over 90 years ago by the Gustafson family. Initially, we operated in the meat industry, but over 40 years ago, our focus shifted to the design and production of meat processing machines. Since then, we have proudly operated under the name Garos.

At Garos, we understand the importance of meeting your clients’ needs. That’s why we offer specialized machines for red meat, poultry, and fish processing.

We are proud to provide comprehensive support, from project preparation to production, machine enhancement, installation, and troubleshooting. Our high-quality engineering and elegant solutions are renowned for their reliability and excellent performance, a reputation we’ve built over generations.

Our head office is located in Jönköping, Sweden, where attention to detail and engineering excellence come naturally to us. Here, we focus on developing and designing new prototype devices, enhancing existing ones, as well as handling administration and marketing. We also have a branch in Poland, where a significant portion of our production and assembly takes place. Positioned almost in the center of Europe, this location allows us to offer fast and efficient logistics services to many countries.

To this day, our company remains under the ownership of the second and third generations of the founding family, supported by strong industry partners. We are represented globally by an extensive network of partners who serve not only as distributors but also as substantial support and advisory staff, ready to assist you at any time. Our offices span the globe, including locations in Australia, China, and throughout Europe, providing us with a significant competitive advantage.
